Delivery and returns policy

Delivery Information

If in stock, the item/s will usually be despatched within 48 hours, and should reach you within 3-7 working days, however we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Occasionally, there are delays in the postal system, so your parcel could take up to 10 working days to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracing parcels until after this time has expired. If you still have not received your goods after the 10-day period, please contact us so that we can assist in the matter.  

Delivery cost to UK £6.60.

All other countries outside of UK- Europe & international delivery cost is £16.00

Lisa Jayne Dann LTD can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom charges incurred on any shipment outside the EU .

Exchange an item

Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a seperate transaction.

Faulty Items

All of our products are manufactured to the highest standards, so in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to offer a refund or suitable replacement. If you notice an item is faulty, please report the fault to us within 4 days of receipt of the goods and we will provide a suitable replacement or full refund.

If we do not find the item to be faulty, we will not offer a refund/replacement and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time, we will offer a refund.

To return a faulty item, please follow the instructions under "To Return an Item" at the bottom of the page.


You must inform LJD Limited Online shop via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us please read the return or Exchange an item below.

 The goods must be returned to us in their original condition In this event, please follow the instructions under “To Return an Item” at the bottom of the page.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of cancellation.
Please note we cannot cover the delivery costs associated with returning the goods to us.

Return an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email LJD LTD Online  within 7 working days stating reason for return. You will receive a Returns number this is to be stated in all correspondence. The item or items must be returned in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt. 

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave, self tanning lotion or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Please be very careful when trying on garments as jewellery, make up & perfume can damage a garment. The item is your responsibility until we recieve it back.

You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.  Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

Please note we cannot cover the delivery costs associated with returning the goods to us.

Please ensure you include your name, address, order number and the full details of the item you wish to return and why.  We will then contact you back to confirm your return and issue an authorised Returns Number and the address to send your returns back to.

We cannot accept returned items without an authorised Returns Number.

Write the returns number and a description of the fault or reason for return on the back of the despatch note, and include this with your returned goods. We would recommend re-using the original packaging if possible, and ensure the package is wrapped securely and addressed to the address we give you.

Refunds are credited less the P&P charge. If returning an item from a non EU Country please ensure you clearly mark your package "RETURNS" otherwise we may be charged duty into the UK which will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection or at least request a free certificate of posting when using Royal Mail. It is important that you are able to prove return should the item be lost in transit.

We will notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail or by telephone.
